YOu should check out the farmer's market for what is yummy fresh right now and see if it inspires you.Gretchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09612220877647459588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21071722.post-70335400442874538312010-06-26T11:11:41.454-04:002010-06-26T11:11:41.454-04:00I was feeling that way too, but came across this w...I was feeling that way too, but came across this wonderful book that is reinvigorating me. "Don't Panic- Dinner's in the Freezer."

The receipes can be made right then and there, or they can be put together and then frozen, then prepared later (very few "cook it, then freeze it" which often messes with the texture).

I think the reason I'm so excited is because it saves time during the busy summer times, it removes a lot of the prep work during the every day, but yet there is still some preparation- it's not like I'm just thawing a pre-cooked meal and throwing sludge on the table.

The recipes look pretty decent too- not a lot of junk in most of them too.

Hope you get your groove back!

(http://www.amazon.com/Dont-Panic-Dinners-Freezer-Great-Tasting/dp/0800730550/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1277564839&sr=8-1)Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06260996599377622143noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21071722.post-4128957289203556052010-06-26T09:47:17.852-04:002010-06-26T09:47:17.852-04:00**inspired****inspired**Alyssahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10684181652150428216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21071722.post-31585891565008043712010-06-26T09:46:27.091-04:002010-06-26T09:46:27.091-04:00Look through your favorite food magazines. Think back to your favorite meals growing up.
These are all things I've done to help get back in the groove of menu planning. So many people try new recipies to change things up and get uninspired, but sometimes going back to the old tried and true is less exhausting and will reignite the passion for cooking.Alyssahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10684181652150428216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21071722.post-20837185512100268372010-06-25T21:59:28.998-04:002010-06-25T21:59:28.998-04:00I just started with e-mealz and I LOVE it!!!
