We're Back

Well, we are home and adjusting to our new, very different, very good life.  We intend to keep the other blog going for happenings with the boys and keep this blog for other interesting things and thoughts – they may overlap occasionally. :)

We just have to say how blessed we are to live in the U.S.  Living overseas for a month really made us realize how much we take for granted!

The top 5 things we missed the most were:
  1. DSL

  2. Beds

  3. Fluffy towels

  4. English television

  5. Good cookware

The top 5 foods we missed the most were:
  1. Milk

  2. Pancakes

  3. Vegetables (especially green ones)

  4. Hamburgers (not that we even eat them very much!)

  5. Cereal

Foods we ate so much of we don’t miss:
  1. Pasta

  2. Potatoes

  3. Yogurt

  4. Cheese

  5. Bread

Life is good.  We are thrilled to be home.  You’ll have to check out our travel blog to see pictures of the boys – click on the side link.

One more thing I have been wanting to write about is baby food.  I was absolutely floored by some of the delectable selections available in Kaz.  Our boys particularly liked the veal – I refused to feed them fish, rabbit, or lamb.  Yep, these were available also.  All right, that’s it for now.

Glad ya'll are back! I love the mattresses on my bed. Hate to ever leave them. :) Pancakes rock. Veggies...don't know what I'd do without fresh ones readily available. How did any of us ever live without High Speed Internet? :) It's just amazing how much I speed along the information highway on a daily basis. Have a problem? You can ususally google for an answer. Genius!
