Menu Plan Monday

Several days last week didn't go as planned, so several things will be carried over. :)
MONDAY - Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup (Andrew won't be home)
TUESDAY - Spaghetti, Steamed Broccoli, Bread
WEDNESDAY - Chicken Stir-fry, Rice, Egg Rolls
THURSDAY - Fish w/Orange Sauce, Couscous Pilaf, Green Beans
FRIDAY - Pizza, Apples, Pretzels
SATURDAY - Take-out
SUNDAY - French Toast, Bacon, Fruit Salad
This fish is the only new recipes this week...well, I'm planning to make the egg rolls from scratch. We'll see. We enjoyed our at-home Valentine's dinner - Goat cheese flat bread w/balsamic greens, filet mignon, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, and heart-shaped caramel machiato cheescake, for our movie snack, we had chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. Nothing low-fat in any of that but it was great! :)

I've made eggs rolls from scratch before and they are soooo worth it. Really yummy!

Wow - you weren't joking when you said you liked to cook! Good for you! I would do an entire week of Saturday's if I could. :-)
