If you worked in a hotel and someone called down to the desk and asked for the nearest hospital because their child needed to go to the ER, would you:
A) Laugh & hang up.
B) Tell them to come down to the front desk and then you can tell them.
C) Ask if everything is okay and offer to call 911.
D) Put a manager on the phone.
E) Act bored and say you aren't sure where a hospital is.

knowing me...I'm pretty sure C. However, if it seemed suspicious, then D. :)
I sure hope that this a hypothetical question but I'm guessing that it isn't. If they sounded desperate I would probably go for C. However, if I didn't know the number or address of the closest hospital I would go with D (the manager should know, right?)
You are right, Jenna, not so hypothetical. :) The unfortunate answer is a combo of B and E. :)
