Making Lists

Since a few people asked, here is how I organized my grocery list. I can look at it and check to see what I need and then mark on the list for the next time I go shopping. This is also a master list that I can easily change. I also am carrying a version of this list that helps me know what vegetables and fruits are best to purchase organic. I'm still working on how best to budget etc. but I like the organization that having master lists encourages. :)

I've made a slight return to couponing - just clipping the ones that I know I'm most likely to use. I do buy some things in bulk at Costco (as I have previously mentioned, I love the quality of their products!). We are currently eating quite a bit from the pantry and I'm still figuring out how best to organize that and keep track of what we have. I'm also looking into a local food co-op (thanks, Kelly!) and hoping to order a few things through them.

It is so nice never having to start a new list. We just check the items as we run out of them! I couldn't live without it!
