It’s great quality (made to last) and easy to use; I don’t have to even peel the garlic anymore and it’s easy to clean. It was worth every penny and I think every cook should have one – fresh garlic is so much better than the jarred stuff (which I had often used before).
It’s also a wonderful shower gift for brides-to-be (they’ll thank you later!). And that totally works for me! Check out more great tips at Rocks in My Dryer.

Thanks for this tip!
I'm going to a p.c party tomorrow night and was wondering what to buy that wasn't too expensive! It'll have to be one of these!
I love love love my Pampered Chef Garlic press. It is a wonderful invention. I also love the citrus press for when I make guacamole or margaritas.
I love cooking with garlic! :)
Love garlic! And this IS a great press! Know something else you can use it for? It makes really great "hair" for homemade dough people... &:o)
I love the citrus press, also - I almost included it in the post!
Lisa, what a clever use for it! My kids would think that was awesome! :)
I TOTALLY love my pc garlic press and try to convince everyone else of it too. :) My mother-in-law once told me that if you wash your hands with soap and rub them over the stainless steel faucet it removes onion and garlic odor (somehow the stainless steel neutralizes the odor). Anyway, it works for me and makes me happier about the idea of cutting up an onion or even pressing garlic.
I love my PC garlic press and I use it almost daily!! One of my favorites for sure! I always have fresh garlic sitting on my counter now because it is just soooo easy.
I also love my PC garlic press! I LOVE not having to peel those crazy garlic cloves!
